Hello, my name is Natalya, I am the test engineer of the Docsvision company. Sometimes, when I view the errors written by newcomers (and sometimes and old) testers, the hand mechanically reaches for the person. Only one thought arises in the head:
"What? What have I now read?"
On the Internet there is a lot of information THAT shall be present in bug contango. Despite the seeming evidence of the statement "the main application component on the basis of EDMS — the document, and that it automates – its "turn", in practice appears that under the document in applications the most different entities can mean. It depends on document type and character of its "turn", i.e. life cycle of processing. Docsvision provides mechanisms for implementation of such objects. It is connected by what even for the EDMS most standard applications (for example, for automation of problems of classical office-work) we needed to model the document which is described by very difficult data structure and difficult life cycle in system. Opportunity to model such difficult entities as the document in office-work also has allowed us to gain sufficient universality in implementation of applications for document handling of the different nature. Holding the observations made in the previous article in the head, we will try to describe model of entity which we call the word "document".

The question of how to set tasks and to evaluate labor costs of technical writers, rises almost at each webinar, the conference and meeting devoted to documentation. In what complexity? Why, unlike assessment of time spent by programmers, testers and other staff of department of development, labor costs of documentors constantly cause discussions? I will try to explain and show how it is possible to avoid problems in this question, using task management system (as it works — I will show on the example of the Actionspace system used by us). Implementation of VRM-strategy by means of electronic document management system can seem tempting idea — eventually, the BPM engine is built in any modern solution. However, the interrelation of business process and the document in practice is more difficult, than it is represented in the theory. In series of articles we together with the expert Stanislav Makarov will tell about, why the adjusted automation of storage and document handling — the first step to future BPM automation. In the subsequent articles we are going to show relevance of this thought examples of real business processes, such as budgeting, contractual work or material support.

3 years, 4 months agoLet's think of for what sites or social networks it would be useful to organize the cross-publication of the (or reproduction of strangers, is strict within decency, of course) articles. Cross-publication? it is generation of initial sample of article in the formats suitable for the publication on two or several resources which are not connected among themselves.
It is demanded quite often for various reasons: protection of the publication against unavailability to reading on one-two resources (because of breakdown of the server, Bang administration or the moderation period), for increase of popularity of the publication due to mass character (spam, but, of course, the conscientious and amateurish; about the unfair? slightly lower), for saving of time of the publication, for collecting the articles on any one author's resource. Big plus will be and that the base of initial samples of articles will be easy to be stored in the form of archive in copies and to recover in need of reading or repeated publications even if all other former copies have disappeared.
Undoubtedly, it is necessary for each resource in general, but anybody (or nearly anybody) for these not? bothers?, because most often the issue is resolved by method? how will take out?? or the author stores texts of articles in archive, or hopes for the checked reliability of place of the publication (the site which is not foretelling for years of the crash, Google Wave or something simpler and is more little-known). Often and articles lose relevance. Anyway, texts in any design and pictures to them in archive happens enough that not to ask question of duplication of publications.

Hi, Habr! Today we want to talk about decision-making — but in psychological sense, and in the most practical, bureaucratic sense.
